I’m going to be a bit self-indulgent here.  I have to admit that I am definitely more excited about Christmas this year, as we have lots to be thankful for, and lots and lots to celebrate.

Delight.com launched in March of 2007 and we cannot believe we’ve been around for more than a year.  It has become even more delightful than we expected - Lynda and I feel so fortunate to love our jobs and to have such incredible customers!

For me personally, I moved back to Denver from Los Angeles more than a year ago both to be closer to my family and also to set up Delight Operations in Denver.  Last February, Jonathan and I bought our first house – a 1964 Ranch – which we have been lovingly trying to restore in our precious free time.  In July we got a puppy, Lucy – who has been giving us lots less sleep, but who is – without a doubt – fabulous.

And there have been lots of other great things too…we’ve been able to watch our niece and god-daughter Emma grow up, plus a gaggle of new babies from friends along the way.  There have been fun parties, celebrations and big adventures.  So I’m feeling a bit festive this Christmas.

It’s hard to project happiness into a set of dishes, but a close look at this 12 Days of Christmas set by Rosanna and I think you’ll agree they kind of sum up everything wonderful about the holidays.  They’re gorgeous, happy, festive, and thoughtfully designed.  Not to mention useful.
