We know everyone is excited about Mystery Delivery Day (we’ve been planning this for weeks!), but we would like to take a moment to do some dirty work and set down some ground rules:

1.    You get what you get!  We’d love to give everyone a car, a plasma TV, or pay your mortgage, but we only have Delight goodies to offer. Some of these goodies may be items not yet featured on the site, but good enough that we want to share with you. 
2.    We aren’t kidding about the deal you are going to get…we guarantee all the Mystery Boxes will have merchandise with a Market Standard Price (i.e. items not on sale) above the dollar amount you paid for your box.
3.    If you purchase more than 1 box, size/quantity permitting, your Mystery Boxes will most likely be wrapped in a reusable bag (an added value of $4-$10)!!! Single Mystery Box orders will come…wait for it…a box. (Quantities are limited, this offer is first come, first serve.)
4.    We are so happy to give you a chance at a crazy deal on great Delight merchandise, but we can’t just give it away…so no additional discount codes will apply to the Mystery Box. If you think you can pull a fast on one us and sneak in a coupon code, we’ll notify you that your order has been cancelled.
5.    Due to the nature of this special, we can’t allow for returns or exchanges. Period. it’s a risk, but we promise it will pay off!  Let us repeat. There are no returns or exhanges or credits whatsoever.
6.    We’ve found that some people go absolutely crazy on Mystery Box Day and wanted all the boxes, so to ensure everyone gets a chance, each customer may purchase 5 boxes.
7.    We want to make sure we offer the best products we have, so we will be including items that may have damaged/removed packaging, or slight imperfections, but all items will be unused and and/or with the most minor of practically unnoticable imperfections.
8.    It is impossible to explain how crazy this day makes our warehouse, so in order to keep the warehouse from going to the dark place $5 Ground Shipping is mandatory, no expedited shipping will be honored (any fees will be refunded).
9.    We love our International customers so much, but unfortunately, we cannot offer the $5 shipping to you.  Canadian, Alaskan, Hawaiian and Puerto Rican orders will have $5 deducted from their standard flat rate fee.
10.  And this is REAL important, so read carefully: What you are about to do is essentially a gamble. It’s a fun affordable way for you to roll the dice and see what shows up from our warehouse. Should you not be happy with your box, we’re sorry, but thems the ropes.  Remember: Delight.com loves you, and we have never, ever, ever, NURVER created boxes we purposely decided were inadequate or would somehow be offensive to our precious customers. Some boxes are quirky, some are serious. Out of the hundreds and hundreds, it’s hard to say what you’ll get!  We lah-ove Mystery Box day, and we love putting the boxes together, even if it is back breaking. This allows us to make room at HQ for new merchandise, but most of all its all for fun. Please keep our best intentions in mind, and don’t take it personally if you receive something that isn’t to your fancy. Yelling at us won’t help anything.
