In these days of over-the-top self-expression, there is little left that hasn’t been used as a vehicle for announcing ones individuality.  In many cases, we at Delight are left to wonder at said vehicles (half-naked MySpace pages, personal ads on Billboards, cats that wear Gucci) but in others, we say, “forge ahead!”  For instance, in the case of cheese.
