We find ourselves on the seventh day of our 12 Days of Christmas and with it comes those seven swans a swimming.  We wanted to find something that equaled that image of those beautiful white birds crossing the water.  This was found to be no small order given the grand beauty of the bird and the countless stories and myths that have spawned from it.
