For our anniversary one year, The Hus planned an extravagant picnic and we went to opening day of the Polo Grounds at Will Rogers Historic Park.  We had all sorts cheese and olives and insanely delicious salads you only make (or buy) when going on extravagant picnics.  We had crusty French bread with gourmet mustard; we had strawberries, oodles of chocolate, and of course – champagne.
