In a land far, far away there was a village called LPville.  In this village music flowed and creatures big and small danced in the vinyl streets and over the Mix Tape Mountians.

It was a happy village, and everyone who lived there were best friends. But none were better friends than Dancing Deer &  Domo Robot.  Deer & Robot had been friends since birth, when Deer was just a fawn, and Domo (just a wee mini robot) stumbled into the forests of LPville after being separated from his family in a freak space ship accident. 

The Deer Family had never been ones to shy away from new additions. They were already taking care of a lost turtle, and had just said goodbye to Ladybug who was finally old enough to go out into the world on her own. So, when Robot wandered into their woodland home, they welcomed him with open hooves and a lifelong friendship was formed.

Through the years, Deer would teach Robot how to frolic in the forest and Robot would teach Deer how to use her front hooves to move things around.  In town, Deer was able to go with Robot to the local soda shop, as Robot could order for both of them, and pay with the correct change. Their favorite dish was record-shaped pancakes with whipped cream and cherries.

In school, they sat together in class and competed for the best grades.  The Deer Family was so proud of them, and the townspeople were always happy to see them dancing down the vinyl streets.  

When the time came for Deer and Domo to leave their woodland home and venture out into the world, the Deer Family had a party for them and invited everyone in the village.  There were cupcakes and fruitcakes and ice cream sodas and giant soft pretzels.  There were fireworks and balloons and dancing. Finally, it was time to say goodbye, and time for Deer & Domo to say their farewells.

As they walked to the stage, there were sniffles in the crowd, and Deer & Domo looked rather nervous. 

“After a lot of thought…” started Deer

“We’ve decided…” finished Domo

“That we’d love to see the world…” continued Deer

“But for now, we’d love to see all of you every day even more.” said Domo smiling

“We’re staying in LPville!” shouted Deer and she kicked up her back legs and twirled around.

You can imagine the surprised look on Deer Family’s faces when they heard the news.

“You’re – you’re staying here, with us?” Cried Mr. & Mrs. Deer.

“Yep! We love our family and friends and we never want to leave!” Answered Deer & Domo together.

“Well that calls for a REAL celebration!” Shouted the village mayor, Mr. Platypus

And from that day on Deer & Domo were seen every day waving to their friends and dancing forever in the vinyl streets.
