It’s always nice to think that with a little more time and maybe a bit of investment in decent pots and pans that we could all be our own little Julia Child’s.  Yet, anyone who has really spent some time in the kitchen knows that isn’t the case.  It takes oh so much more to be a real hit in the kitchen.  It takes patience, a sense of humor, a stain stick, a Silpat, unlimited amounts of butter, etc…

While we may not become the masters of the kitchen up to Top Chef standards we do know there are some gadgets that make any cooking experience a whole lot easier!  Enter Twisk!  Whisking is a basic tenet of tons of recipes from scrambled eggs to soufflés, and while you might be able to get away with nothing but a fork for those Sunday morning eggs, you can think again if you’re trying for meringues.

Joseph Joseph, the incredible company behind some of our favorite kitchen staples (i.e. Chop 2 Pot and the Herb Chopper), have obviously spent a lot of time with the whisk and have let it evolve into a whole new beast!  They gave the device a small mechanical adjustment so it takes away the work from your wrist, so whisking becomes a considerably easier task!
