People get really into cheese.  Quite frankly, it frightens me…entire sections of the store dedicated to it…specialists to recommend the perfect goat’s milk cheese from the top of Mount Olympus.  Every cheese has some bizarrely fervent cult following.  You do not mess with someone’s favorite cheese.
