Viva La Chop2Pot!!!
December 31st, 1969
It’s 5:56pm and you’ve only been home for ten minutes. There is a sinking feeling in your stomach as you stand in your kitchen and stare at the open refrigerator. You have an hour to make whatever is on the top two shelves into a feast for your visiting sister, her fiancé, her two college roommates, your brood, and your mother.
You take a deep breath and grab the asparagus, tomatoes, artichokes, onions, and garlic…while running past Food Network episodes over in your head.
You set yourself up a bit of an assembly line. The colander is in the sink to wash, towels on the counter for drying, the cutting board is ext, and at the end sits a frighteningly large skillet. As you turn your body to and fro working the line, you are quite happy you’ve never hung any pots near the sink, thus escaping the embarrassment of being found unconscious via head wound on the floor by the previously mentioned party.
With just a half hour left in this prepping madness, you have to get all your chopped goodies into the pot as quickly as possible. Who hasn’t had to carefully balance the cutting board so the all the contents might slide into the pot, instead of the cavernous space between the stove and the countertop or, even more bothersome, all over you and the floor? It takes concentration and time. Of which, you have neither.
Never fear, we found a cutting board that with the simplest, smartest innovation will be the kitchen gadget you can’t live without. The Chop 2 Pot, designed by British design duo Joseph Joseph, is big enough to hold all those vegetables you have to cut, but incredibly light and easy to store. It works by having two diagonal polypropylene living hinges that allows the board to bend and create a container to transport what you’ve chopped without having to do a balancing act or make a mess!
We can’t get you out of having to cook that meal, but we can guarantee you’ll never want to use a cutting board that doesn’t bend ever again!

I absolutly love the Chop2Pot. My stovetop is across the kitchen from my counter top where I doing all of my chopping and food always ends up all over the floor when I try to transport what I have been cutting to the stove top. No longer an issue with Chop2Pot. LOVE IT
