Bobby Flay was once a young lad…probably having Throwdowns with the other kids on the block to see who can make a meaner wiener.

Emeril Lagasse was once a young Southern whipper-snapper who we surmise was devising ways to grill crawdads while the other kids were trying to blow them up.
