Taking the Easy Way Out…
August 29th, 2007
For me, the problem has always been, a little of this, a little of that…literally – I never know how much I’m eating because I was always snacking and “catching a bite" when I can. While I’m not one for dieting (they rarely work and always make everyone involved unhappy), I do want to be healthy.
That’s the ingenious simplicity of the MESÜ portion control system. Just a six bowl set that saves all the time one would spend measuring the perfect portion as well as nesting for space-saving storage. The set contains six bowls ranging in size from ½ cup to 2 cups, so you can easily assess how much of whatever you love to eat constitutes a portion size.
We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention that another reason we love the MESÜ set is because it is so darn cute! Each bowl is marked and accented with a contracting color, so while they might be the most useful things in your kitchen, they’ll also be the best to look at!
So stop taking up your time with complicated diets and finicky scales, get simple and get healthy with MESÜ!
Why This Gets The Delight Seal of Approval:
We tested many to bring you one Delightful Must-Have today…

- - Bowls Measure ½ cup, ¾ cup, 1 cup, 1 ¼ cups, 1 ½ cups, 2 cups

OMG! these are amazing! I’ve just started Weight Watchers and these bowls would make it that much easier…if there ever is an easy way to drop lbs.

I saw these last year in Oprah’s mag and wanted to get them. Great price, btw. I think they are $50 on other sites

Great way to get portion control back on track after vacations. So stylish that no one would ever know you were being watchful.

I’ve never been a fan of measuring food. I don’t think it works but it seems like everyone I know is on Weight Watchers. I remember my mom being on it but now it’s like all the gals I work with have joined. Maybe I should. Why is it so easy to gain the weight and so friggin’ hard to lose it. Just ain’t fair!

Rachel, Weight Watchers is the ONLY program that has worked for me. It is unfair but so is life I suppose. Anyway be sure to subscribe to the Hungry Girl emails. They make it that much easier. Like these bowls, btw.

Just got these bowls last night and I already love them. It’s great to see how much I’m actually eating and that I can get full on a much smaller portion . . .
