What is it?


In my family, we use a term often: gemutlichkeit, which is lovingly used in those wonderful instances where you leave a restaurant or party that had that perfect, indescribable energy, warmth, and rhythm which makes every bite of food and every sip of wine perfect.

I guess that’s ambience as well.
