Please Continue Eating Carbs
December 31st, 1969
This is probably why I have such issues with my thighs.
This is how I make spaghetti:
1) Make yummy, delicious sauce from scratch.
2) Boil water for spaghetti
3) Open package of said spaghetti
4) Throw entire contents into water
5) Split entire package of spaghetti + yummy sauce with husband.
Though tasty and delicious, this is not the best way to portion out my carbs.
Thankfully, the spaghetti doser can change all that. Sleek, black, handy and practical, this doser can allow me to measure out a normal dose of spaghetti, which can satisfy my enduring love for carbs without making me sign up for 12 straight days of pilates.
Plus this doser also satisfies my enduring love of great design – it is created by the Denmark design wunderkinds of Normann Copenhagen. They have a knack for making every day items incredibly fabulous…and this is a lovely dose of design to boot!
There is no longer an excuse to over dose on the carbs. So whip up the sauce and dig away. Save the 12 days of pilates for that ice cream cake you’re getting on your birthday. And yes, it’s still worth it.

I’ve been wanting something like this ever since I saw it in the New York Times. I think that my biggest issue is portion control and even with my weight watchers program I could use the extra help.

This is a lifesaver I just can’t give up my pasta (hey I’m Italian!) but at least I can control (hopefully!) how much I need to make.

very, very cool. Just discovered this site and plan to bookmark it for my holiday shopping. Love the mix of stuff that is for sale and that I’m not overwhelmed with too many choices.

What a great gadget! I’m never good at “eyeballing” the right amount of pasta and always end up with leftovers. So cool.
