Okay, so it’s January 4^th and already the New Year’s resolutions are piling up, and yet, I realized that all the resolutions I’ve made thus far the grudgingly pointless and painful ones…you know - the eating healthier, the better outlook, the being less catty, and the ever popular, exercising everyday.  Who are we kidding?  In the spirit of actually sticking to a resolution this year, I’ve decided to temper them into one that is manageable.  

This year I’m going to cook great, healthy meals that I enjoy as often as possible and include friends and family at said meals.  I’ve always loved to cook I’ve just allowed excuses from time to cost prevent me from doing it as much as I’d like.  And while, I’d like to try to be better and more helpful to everyone, I think it is more tangible to start with those around me – the friends and family that support and care for me through out the year.
