11. Coupons / Discounts

• Coupons/discounts are issued in the form of either ‘Cash savings’ or a ‘percentage off’ and are offered to customers via promotional emails, advertisements, on-site banners or third- party communication.
   
• There is no cash alternative to coupons and all terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
   
• Unless otherwise stated, coupons/discounts are only applicable to full-price items (Discounted items are not included).
   
• delight.com reserves the right to cancel or change any coupon/discount without notice, at any time.
   
• Coupons/discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
   
• Wherever a minimum spend threshold applies, the minimum spend does not include shipping and insurance costs.
   
• All coupons/discounts will have a ‘valid until’ or ‘expiry’ date. Please refer to the original promotion source for this information.
   
• All products sold or services provided through coupons/discounts are FINAL SALE. No Returns, no exchanges and no refunds are available.
