Most orders are shipped within 2 business days with FedEx / UPS / DHL / EMS / Post Office.

- Complimentary Express shipping when you order over US$250 – delivery within 4 to 7 days.

- Complimentary Registered Airmail shipping when you order over US$150 – delivery within 7 to 21 days.

- US$9.00 – Registered Airmail with the postal service - delivery within 7 to 21 days.

- US$25 - Express shipping worldwide – Delivery within 4 to 7 days with FedEx / UPS / DHL / EMS

Taxes and Import Duties

Clients located outside Thailand may be charged duties and taxes by their goverment. delight.com does not have any control over these charges.

The good news, most countries have an exemption from import duties on shipments below specific value.

Regardless to where we ship, the customer is always responsible for these fees.

What happens if I decline to pay the customs duty and/or refuse to accept the shipment?

In such a case, the courier will return the shipment to delight.com and delight.com will deduct the shipping costs (both ways), insurance and any other related fees from your refund.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Each jewel is manufactured by professionals using the highest quality materials and is carefully inspected prior to shipment.

All jewels purchased from delight.com have a Limited 18 Months Warranty against materials and manufacturing defects.

The Warranty is only available to the person who purchased the jewel from delight.com and is not transferable.

If you believe your jewel has a manufacturing defect, or any other problem, please contact delight.com to coordinate the shipping of the jewel back to us for inspection.

delight.com experts will examine the jewel and if they determine that the damage is due to manufacturing defect, we will, at our own discretion and in consideration and coordination with you, either:

A. Repair the jewel
 

B. Replace it with a new one,
 

C. Replace it with a similar item, if the original item is no longer available, or give store credit or cash refund equal to the price paid for the jewel.

If the delight.com experts determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available, inform you of the estimated repair cost and bill you prior to starting the repair job.

The following situations will render the Limited Warranty void: 

A. Damage due to normal wear and tear, neglect, inappropriate storage, product loss, loss of stones, theft.
 

B. Repairs, sizing or other services performed by anyone other than delight.com or delight.com authorized agents.

C. Not cleaning the jewel as described in our guidelines.

D. Discoloration or damage due to exposure to chemicals, i.e. make-up and swimming pools, cleaning liquids, high level of acidity in human skin.

E. Damage or loss of stones and components that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product.

Please note the following situations: 

A. In all jewelry, there might be slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics which are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics, such as internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones, are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.
 

B. Tarnish is not damage. It is a natural reaction of sterling silver coming in contact with sulfur-containing gases in the air. Tarnish can be removed by cleaning the jewel with a silver cleaning cloth or by following our guidelines.
 

C. Gold and Rhodium plating will come off over time and delight.com will re-plate the jewel, free of charge or for a fee, depending on the jewel.
 

D. All jewels will require regular cleaning and maintenance.
